Subject: Duo to Microsoft Authenticator

Dear Team,

Precision Strip will soon be transitioning from Duo to Microsoft Authenticator as our primary method for multi-factor authentication (MFA).

To prepare for this change, all users will need to enroll their phones with Microsoft Authenticator. This will be required for accessing services such as Email and GlobalProtect VPN.

Please review the attached enrollment instructions to begin the setup process.

At this time, continue using Duo when logging into Office 365 and Global Protect. We will provide additional communications with specific cutover dates and further guidance in the near future.

If you experience any technical issues or have questions, please contact the IT Help Desk:

Thank you for your attention and cooperation.
