Alerts, Crons and Email Customers I or my customer receives? Use Find Email Sources function

You can use the Find Email Sources function for these situations below.

- If you are changing positions at PSI and want to sign up for the same Crons (Automatically generated Scheduled Reports), Email Alerts, Email Alert Groups or Email Customers that your predecessor received or current colleagues receive.

- If you want to see everything you receive and want to remove yourself.

- If you want to see what your customer receives to share with them what they all receieve.

- If you are setting up a new customer contact in the Contact List, you can run the Find Email Sources function for another customer contact at the same company in the same department to set them up for the same reports and alerts.



Under the Help menu in Genesis there's an option called "Find Email Sources".

On the screen that pops open you can enter an external email address or PSI email address. After clicking Run Report it will show you a report listing all reports/automatic emails that the email address entered is sent. You can only enter one email address at a time on this screen.


Run the Report and view the file.
