iGenesis Permit Info screen z0176

The iGenesis Permit Info screen performs and functions similar to the Classic Load Permits Screen w0261; but with some enhancements that have been added at the request of Transport Headquarters. This screen allows Transport associates to document, store and organize State, County and Township Permits. The Permit Info screen's default view is to display the active, non-expired permits. In order to see the Expired Permits, the user needs to right click on the text data (not the blue links) in the List View Columns to populate a new menu:

Currently Active Only (this is the default view and shows all non expired permits).

Show Expired (will show all active and expired permits. You will need to use the field column filters by clicking on the funnels to get more specific).

Filters when selected, it will display the Field Column Filters row that is below the Field Column names.

Clear Filters when selected, it will clear all filters and the Field Column Filters row below the Field Column names will disappear.

Export to Excel when selected, the data in List View that has been scrolled to will export all data to an Excel file. If you want all of the data to display on the Excel file, make sure you scroll to the bottom of List View until you can no longer scroll.

Reset Grid Columns when selected, will reset the List View field columns to display in the order and column widths that was written in code when the screen was introduced.
