Reprint Shipping Documents
•Reprint Shipping Documents allows the users to reprint or rebuild the shipping documents of a released load.
•As a CSR this can be used to verify what items shipped against an assigned load id.
•This is also useful if the Customer asked to have the BOL & Packing Slip sent to them after the material ships.
There are 2 different ways to access the Reprint Shipping Documents function.
•The First way is using the advanced filter and filtering released loads. If the user knows the load id this can be added to the filter, or they can use various filters to narrow down the search for the load id.
•The second way would be to use the actions tab in the load schedule screen and access the Reprint Shipping Documents function. Using this way, the CSR would need to know the load id to find the load.
