Go to your safari and type in https://m.dm/30117979
You will type in your user and password. Accept the terms and download the profile.
Then you will go to settings -->general--->profiles---->Maas306---> Install.
You will be prompted to install some apps and proceed with them. They may take a second to get the pop up to install.
Any Issues, contact 419-501-1343 or ext 1343, IT Help. Select the Hardware option.
