Kiosk: Outbound Load Sheet

Modified on Tue, 14 May at 11:24 AM

When a driver checks in with correct information at the Kiosk for an outbound load, the driver will receive an Outbound Check In Sheet. The Material Handler should not use this sheet in place of the Picklist as the Picklist, if the generate picklist is toggled on, will auto generate every 10 minutes per the picklist settings in the partner maintenance screen. This will allow the material handler to have the most updated picklist information.

To get an outbound sheet to print off at the Driver Check In Kiosk:

  1. In the Load Schedule, on the Load you have selected, enter a scac code.
  2. Enter Vehicle ID, trailer type and enter a Door. Schedule load appt within 1 hour.
  3. Go to the Kiosk and check in with the same information you just entered in the Load Schedule.
  4. Once you check in, should get this sheet below.  Make sure the Sheet displays the Load number and not the Appt number below the barcode and displays correct information matching the load. On Inbound Sheets, the Appt Number is below the barcode for the Load Tally number.
