Kiosk: Inbound Check In Sheet

Modified on Tue, 14 May at 12:56 PM

Print non ASN, No Door Assignment check In Sheet:

Find or create a delivery appointment from the Inbound Appointments screen that is not linked to ASN.

The reason the "Possible Locations" set up appears is that the inbound appt load id and mill id matches an incoming ASN and then your auto assign function takes over. With the choice field having "remove possible locations", the possible locations field will not print on the inbound sheet.

IT Use Only:

TIWO# 88756 added Choice Field 926 Load Sheet Preferences by Plant. Basically, for Inbound Appts, if a user does not want the possible locations section to print on the Check In sheet, can enter "remove possible locations" in miscellaneous 1 field choice and it will not print the possible locations on the sheet. The "remove possible locations" is entered in Field Choice 926 for Anderson, Perrysburg and Woodburn currently.

Choice Field 644 controls the amount of time window you have to check in appts.

Test Choice Field 733, all non-asn mills should assign BG Door 4 (1604) as long as door is not selected when creating inbound appointment.
