iGenesis Customer Maintenance Screen: Saving Receiving Hours

If you are creating Shipping Requests that have a Date Code of IP, DAY or FL and getting a notification that you can not create a shipping request because there are no defined Receiving Hours even though you see there are hours entered.


The issue is that the Receiving Hours were entered after the user selected the Edit link above the Receiving Hours box, updated the hours; but did not click the Details tab to save changes after updating the hours.
