Important Update: Reliance Single Sign On (SSO) System Changes

Hello everyone,

Important updates are coming to the way you sign in and access your work applications.

On Saturday, October 18, we will be moving the current Reliance SSO dashboard and Single Sign On (SSO) process from Okta to Microsoft Entra. This change is designed to improve security and make support easier. Starting Monday, October 20, you’ll use a new link to access your apps, but all your usual work tools will be available on the new Entra dashboard.

 What you need to know and do:

• Passwords: Any passwords you have currently saved for outside apps won’t be transferred to the new dashboard. The first time you access those apps using the Entra dashboard, you’ll need to re-enter your passwords. Refer to the list of outside apps towards the end of this email.
• Be Prepared: If you rely on stored passwords, please make sure you have your login details handy before October 18. Our Support Desk cannot reset passwords for outside apps.
• Support: If you need help or run into any issues during this transition, our Reliance IT Support Desk is ready to assist you.
