Hello everyone,

Important updates are coming to the way you sign in and access your work applications.

Tomorrow – Saturday, October 18 – we will be moving the current Reliance SSO dashboard and Single Sign On (SSO) process from Okta to Microsoft Entra. This change is designed to improve security and make support easier. Starting Monday, October 20, you’ll use https://myapps.reliance.com to access your apps on the new Reliance SSO (Entra) dashboard.

 What you need to know and do:

• Passwords: Any passwords you have currently saved for outside apps won’t be transferred to the new dashboard. The first time you access those apps using the Entra dashboard, you’ll need to re-enter your passwords. Refer to the list of outside apps at the end of this email.
• Be Prepared: If you rely on stored passwords, please make sure you have your login details handy before October 18. Our Support Desk cannot reset passwords for outside apps. To reset a password, you’ll have to go to that application’s website (e.g. Fidelity, Reliance Perks [PerkSpot], Comerica Bank).
• See What’s New: To help you get comfortable with the new dashboard, below is a link to a short video (less than three minutes) highlighting the main differences in how things look and work.
