Send an email to IT Help In a situation where a master coil that is on an order that will exceed 97 packages and the master coil must be in available status and have no mults created from this master.
IT will go into the Split New ID screen and enter the Previous Master Inv ID and select the OK button to get a new Master Inv ID number tied into the current Master INV ID. This is an IT screen only.
