Kiosk: EDI Generated Cliffs/Ryder Inbound Appointments

Modified on Tue, 14 May at 1:03 PM

On the Kiosk, the driver can check in on a Ryder Load ID number if the Inbound Appointment is created via EDI Transaction. If the inbound appointment is not created via the EDI Transaction between Cliffs/Ryder and PSI, then the carrier has to use the PSI Generated Appointment Number to Check In.

The IT Department can help users get set up.

These are the current plants turned on as of 3-21-24.
