Auto Supervisor Watch created for Load in Message Setup

If App Attr Plant#PkgSecurementAudit is created for that particular plant and the Logical Value is checkmarked, an Auto Supervisor Watch will create for that particular load if requirements of the App Attr are met. The Supervisor Watch will auto create once the load is generated and the user will not be able to verify the load until the Supervisor Watch is performed.

1. Auto Supervisor Watches (created for Trigger 11 -> Supervisor Watch by Build) create when a load is generated if the package type code number is not listed in app attr for that plant and if the load has a PRSP scac code. After the Load is generated, it will display in the Message Setup screen.

2. If the Load is generated through the iGenesis Load Schedule, then the system is supposed to pull the Create Date and the Create BY in the Message Setup screen List View.

3. If the Load is generated by the material handler on the RF Scanner using function 20, then it is supposed to pull the Create Date but it will not populate the Create BY because the Scanner Initials is not a Genesis User ID and Genesis does not recognize the scanner initials as valid Genesis Login.

4. The load can not be verified until the Supervisor Watch is performed. There is a stop message in the scanner and in the iGenesis Load Schedule advising that a Supervisor Watch must 1st be performed. You can also see if a Load requires a Supervisor Watch if you go into the iGenesis Load Schedule -> Actions/Reports button -> Supervisor Watch Check. If the Supervisor Watch Check is red, then it requires a Supervisor Watch to be performed. If it is green, it means the Supervisor Watch has been completed. If it is in regular black letters, it means there is no Supervisor Watch yet created for this load.

5. Once the Supervisor Watch is performed, it will disappear from the Message Setup screen in iGenesis.
