Special Requirements: Verify Number of Load Images

Modified on Tue, 11 Feb at 1:43 PM

Special Requirement Maintenance screen (IT Screen only): can add a requirement called Verify Number of Load Images. It can be set up by plant, owner id, user id, partner id or part id for all plants or specific plant.
Basically how it works is at the time when the user tries to verify the load on the scanner or through the Load Schedule, if there aren't at least 2 images appended to the load, you will get a stop or refusal message advising Not enough load images found 0 of 2.
The system won't let you verify the load until 2 load images are added.

There is no way of controlling if they are the correct images; but there must be 2 pictures attached to the load. Also, if there is customer paperwork attached like certs or their own shipping paperwork and there are 2 PDF attachments, that will satisfy the requirement too and let you verify the load.

The user that added the pictures can still go into the Load Schedule after the Load is verified and remove the images if they want; but it would only be for the user that added the images that could do it. We are in the process of making images an auditable field in the s-load records. This way we can see who added or removed images on a load.
