We are reaching out to inform you about upcoming changes to the IT After Hours Support Line, effective Monday, December 2^nd.

New Process for IT After Hours Support
Moving forward, please dial ext. 1343 or 419-501-1343 to contact after-hours IT support. This replaces the old process of using the telephone numbers on the support menu in Genesis. This is ONLY for IT Support. Continue to call ext. 1390 or 419-501-1390 for EE support.
