Require Dock when creating a Load Number or Scheduling a Load Appointment

If a plant wants to require a Dock Assignment at the time of creating a load from the shipping request or scheduling a load appointment, you will need to contact IT Help and ask them to set the requirement you want for Choice Field 849.

Choice Field 849: Require Dock
We need to require or warn a dock when scheduling a load or appointment.

Plant-id - is required in order to work - 0 will work for all plants.
misc1 - can be 'A' for appointment or 'L' for loads
misc2 - can be 'H' for hard stop or 'S' for soft warning.
