For Precision Strip Approved Carriers (carriers that we broker freight), it is important to have the correct Insurance Certificate Date and correct email address entered in for the highlighted scac code in order to receive the expiration emails so that Precision Strip can keep the updated certificate of insurance. We must be brokering to carriers that have their insurance up to date and meet Precision Strip's Aprroved Carrier Requirments. If we do not do this, it puts Precision Strip at a huge liability risk. Do not change expiration dates to just be able to use a carrier as Transport HQ manages and updates this information.
